NRA Refuse To Be A Victim® Course
Course overview:
The NRA's Refuse To Be A Victim® program was developed by the women of the NRA in
1993 in response to women nationwide who requested crime prevention and personal
safety information. This course was originally presented only to women by women who
were NRA Certified Instructors. However, in 1997, the NRA Board of Directors elected to
open this course to men as well, due to the program's relevance to all citizens.
NRA membership is not required to take this course.
The information presented in this class is based on the premise that people can minimize
their risk of becoming a crime victim by increasing their awareness and learning about the
many personal safey options available.
This is a 4-hour, non-shooting class suitable for older children and up.

You will need to provide:
A notebook
A pen and highlighter
Firearms and ammunition are not allowed in these seminars.
Course Materials and a Completion Certificate are included in the $45 course fee.
There is no deposit required for registration for this class.
